Golam Mostafa Director Program
Md. Golam Mostafa is a seasoned development professional with over 20 years of experience in managing and implementing donor-funded projects across Bangladesh. His expertise spans disaster risk reduction (DRR), climate change adaptation, local governance, community mobilization, and institutional capacity building. Throughout his career, he has held key leadership roles—such as Project Manager, Project Coordinator and District Coordinator—under prominent programs supported by UKaid, UNDP, SDC, USAID, CIDA, NORAD, WFP, UNOPS, MACP and others. Now he is working with JAGO NARI as a Director Program from 2023 in Barguna.
Mr. Mostafa has a proven track record in strategic planning, project cycle management, and multi-stakeholder coordination, particularly with local government bodies including DCs, UNOs, Upazila and Union Parishad. He is highly skilled in Project design, Project Planning & Implementation, training facilitation, team leadership, Right based approach, Good Governance and monitoring and evaluation. He holds an MA, MBA and has received extensive professional training in DRR, gender, governance, and leadership. Known for his integrity, dedication, and collaborative approach, he is committed to driving impactful and sustainable change at the grassroots level.
