Starting a new chapter, JAGO NARI has set five key strategic priorities under its new Strategic Plan for the period 2026–2030. Over the next five years, all JAGO NARI team members will work on these priority areas with combined strength, skills and commitment and move forward to bring about more effective and sustainable change.

Our 5 Strategic Priorities

1. Women and Youth-Led Social Transformation
To advance positive social change by increasing the leadership, participation, voice and decision-making capacity of women and youth.

2. Climate Resilient and Disaster Prepared Communities
To increase the resilience of vulnerable communities through disaster risk reduction, anticipatory action, climate adaptation and local-led initiatives.

3. Inclusive Education and Employment Readiness
To ensure inclusive education, skills development, employment opportunities and preparation for the future world of work for all.

4. Equitable Health and Wellbeing for All
Working to ensure equal opportunities and rights in health, nutrition, sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), WASH and overall well-being.

5. Knowledge and Research Hub
Advancing knowledge-based development through research, data-evidence, knowledge and experience generation and its application in policy and action plans.

JAGO NARI is a women-led and women-centered organization. Therefore, women’s empowerment, leadership, dignity, rights and decision-making capacity will be at the center of each of our strategic priorities.

Our new Strategic Plan 2026–2030 is not just a blueprint—it is our collective commitment to change, innovation, partnership, knowledge and effective action.

Over the next five years, every JAGO NARI team member will work to implement these five priorities with full strength, professionalism and dedication.

Let’s move forward together, let’s bring change together—with the determination to build a more inclusive, tolerant, equitable and empowered Bangladesh.

JAGO NARI—A pledge for change led by women.
