Advance training and skill development of volunteers

Skill Development: Basic and Advanced Disaster Training
Out of the 3,000 enlisted, 150 volunteers received foundational training in disaster preparedness and community response. A select group of 100 volunteers then participated in an intensive three day survival & rescue training camp held in a remote forest setting. This hands-on “Survival Advance Training” equipped them with life-saving skills, leadership in emergencies, first aid, navigation, and techniques to support others during critical situations—creating a new generation of local first responders.
